Responsibilities

Acquire new-to-bank customers and drive growth in Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) balances. Deliver high-quality customer service to branch visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate consumer banking products and services to meet their financial goals. Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and marketing events to expand the customer base.

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, operational risk controls, and internal bank policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance targets and maintain service standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting performance targets. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Basic understanding of consumer banking products and operational compliance.
