Customer Capabilities is a diverse tribe of 130+ colleagues working in 14 cross-functional squads across Denmark, Lithuania, and India.

Together, we design, build, and operate end-to-end solutions that support millions of customers and colleagues across Danske Bank. Our responsibilities span critical domains including Fees, Interest, Tax Reporting, Customer Communication, document archiving, and the in-housing and modernisation of customer communication platforms. What you will be doing

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to create solutions that meet operational needs within Customer Capabilities, a diverse tribe of 130+ colleagues working in 14 cross-functional squads across Denmark, Lithuania, and India. You will work closely with QA & Testing, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and quality delivery.

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and assess technology needs
• Gather requirements and coordinate user acceptance testing activities
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications Align functional solution designs with key technology and business stakeholders
• Manage delivery expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Guide and coach other team members on best practices About you: Advanced knowledge in business analysis gained through education and experience
• Strong communication skills with ability to work across different functions Experience translating business needs into technical specifications Practical knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to work independently and resolve conflicts with minimal supervision Experience with user acceptance testing processes Understanding of QA, architecture, and engineering principles Experience with financial services or previous exposure to migration initiatives would be valuable additions to your profile.

Understanding and application of AI in processes and tools would also be beneficial.

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on competencies relevant to the role).
