Senior Onsite Engineer Workplace Operations

Job description

We are looking for a structured and proactive profesional with excellent knowledge of bank systems and processes to oversee IT workplace support services, assure service delivery via all available omnichannels. Assist real time when an IT related problem or issue arise. This position involves Techbar support, organising laptop replacements, overlooking hardware warehouse stock levels and decomisioning process. Main responsibility to asure Techbar operations running smoothly.

Plan, organise and deliver hardware distribution and take care of laptop replacement. Assuring service levels are met for all services Techbar offers. Escalate to other Servie owners when issues arise with standard process.

Your key responsibilities

Oversee IT support is running smoothly for all types of incidents and requests reported by collegues in Danske Bank Campus IT hub – TechBar.

Notice and report trends or descrepencies from standard process that indicate a threat to IT service standards and take appropriate steps to mitigate across all teams Involve with 2nd/3rd line support teams to reach a fast resolution of incidents and requests that cannot be resolved at 1st line

• Conduct periodic data quality checks and run regular reports Plan PC factory volumes to meet the weekly/monthly demand
• Plan laptop replacement cycles according to stock capacity and manpower available Be a part of beta testing when new system launches or masive updates happen
• Create instruction manuals when needed and update them on demand
• Contribute to communication to End Users on changes and other deliverables What we are looking for: Good Communication Skills – Lithuanian and English languages (both written and spoken) Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems Great understanding of incident, request, asset and hardware lifecycle processes, proficiency in ITSM tool ServiceNow A strong focus on service quality and employee experience Self driven team member who can focus on solution with personality drawn to grow within the team and is eager to learn new things.

Monthly salary range from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
