岗位职责

• Assisting in the legal compliance review of the company's overseas engineering and construction projects, investment and financing projects, and company operational matters; 协助对公司的海外工程建设项目、投融资项目及公司经营事项进行法律合规审查；
• Responsible for contacting the company's project lawyers; 负责对接联系公司项目律师；
• Assist in identifying, evaluating and analyzing the company's legal risks in project development and daily operations; 协助识别、评估和分析公司在项目开展及日常经营中的法律风险；
• Assist in the completion of the company's internal legal compliance affairs work, as required to cooperate with the higher authorities to complete the relevant work; 协助完成公司内部法律合规事务性工作，根据需要配合上级机构完成相关工作；
• Complete other assigned work. 完成其它交办工作。 任职要求
• With good professional ability, good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, know-how in enterprise legal field; 具备良好的专业能力，具备良好的职业操守、责任心强，了解企业法务工作；
• Master's degree or above in law, passed the Mainland China Judicial Examination or holders of Hong Kong Lawyer's License is preferred; 法学专业硕士及以上学历，通过中国大陆司法考试或持有境外律师牌照者优先；
• Acceptance to work overtime and travel according to work needs; 能够根据工作需要加班和出差；
• Strong writing skills and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese; 普通话和英文都有较强的写作和表达能力；
• Able to cooperate with the completion of the company's legal work in the issue, with good communication skills and keen judgment; 能够配合完成公司法务工作中的问题，具备良好的沟通能力和敏锐的判断力；
• Effective communication skills with internal and external project staffs, legal managers, lawyers, etc. to ensure the smooth progress of legal work; 与公司内部和外部项目人员、法务人员、律师等有效沟通，确保法务工作的顺利进行;
• Excellent report writing and oral presentation skills. 具备出色的报告撰写和口头表达能力。
