Responsibilities

• Orientation client & relation startup La mission centrale est de garantir la satisfaction client d'un portefeuille de startups. Comprendre les enjeux des fondateurs, leur écosystème et leurs besoins spécifiques (amorçage, scale-up, B2B) est un différenciateur clé, d'autant que l'approche de la Banque des Startups analyse d'abord les fondateurs avant les chiffres.
• Coordination transversale & collaboration interne Le CSM travaille en collaboration étroite avec le Chargé d'affaires Startups et de nombreux experts internes : back-office, flux et services, international, financements, crédit, conformité. La capacité à orchestrer des parties prenantes multiples et à fluidifier les processus est centrale.
• Rigueur opérationnelle & gestion de processus Les activités complémentaires incluent l'optimisation des processus internes en appui au Directeur, ainsi que le suivi après-vente et la gestion des comptes. Une approche structurée, le sens du détail et la capacité à améliorer les workflows sont fortement valorisés.
• Culture entrepreneuriale & curiosité pour l'innovation Le poste requiert une sensibilité à l'écosystème startup (incubateurs, fonds, accélérateurs) et une capacité à s'adapter à un environnement agile et en construction.
