• Conduct technical training to service agents or OEMs in order to improve technical and products competency.
• Develop and optimize training materials according to business needs and product upgrading.
• Business meeting with company clients, identifying customer training needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conclude the field technical experience and transform them into technical documents, like SOP, faulty case.

Job Requirement

• Basic knowledge of power battery and familiar with electrical principle;
• Be able to use common tools and diagnosis tooling, like multi-meter, insulation tester, oscilloscope, and so on;
• Minimum 3 years working technical experience in automotive(electric mobility) , energy industry or high voltage battery maintenance field;
• Proficient in English, prioritize if handle other languages, like Spanish, French, Portuguese;
• Be integrity and a good team player, with excellent learning ability and self-motivated.
