Key Responsibilities

Deal with accounting documentation organize and communicate with other third parties; data entry; inventory count and fixed asset count; Responsible for sorting, binding and archiving management of various vouchers, invoices, account booking and reports; SAP data entry and OA application review; Finish the office admin work, such as copy and scan files, organize and maintain paper documents and electronic files; Other tasks that supervisor assigns.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic English proficiency required Chinese proficiency is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
