Finance Specialist

Job description

一、工作职责

• Prepare monthly closing and annual financial statements for the Hong Kong region companies.
• Prepare monthly and annual budgeting reports for the Hong Kong region companies.
• Management and reconciliation of accounting entries with the Mainland HQ shared center.
• Support on the Hong Kong region companies related accounting and finance related ERP issues.
• Processing of invoices and expense reimbursement in the ERP system and support on the subsequent payment arrangement.
• Ensure all transactions processed are valid activities with sufficient documentation and procedural compliance
• Support on contract review.
• Support on the daily projects from financial perspective.

二、学历专业

Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or related major

三、知识技能

Familiar with accounting and audit practices, etc.; Skilled in office software; SAP experience is preferred.

四、工作经验

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experiences, at least 2 years working experience in big four accounting firms, finance or accounting field

五、语言

Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
