Job description

岗位职责

  • 负责催化剂的制备工艺研究与优化；
  • 负责催化剂的反应评价，数据整理，并开展反应机理、动力学及工艺放大研究；

追踪行业前沿，编写技术报告、科研论文及专利； 岗位要求

  • 硕士及以上学历，化学工程与技术、工业催化等相关专业；
  • 能够独立完成催化剂的合成，制备及评价工作，具备独立设计实验方案、分析实验数据的能力，熟练掌握催化剂成型和评价的方法与操作；
  • 深入了解酸催化，金属催化，贵金属催化的反应机理，研发思路、合成工艺及表征方法，有可再生燃料的合成项目经验者优先； 4、3年及以上催化剂相关研发工作经验，有催化剂工业化经验者优先；
