Job description

职位职责

  • 负责QC人员的管理、协调、支持生产动作
  • 负责检验员的技能培训、提升、考核及效果评估
  • 负责QC内部日常事务的协调处理，检查和监督
  • 负责产品的下仓检验与出货检验，质量问题反馈及跟进处理
  • 监督检验记录与数据，对QC基础检验数据真实性、准确性、有效性

定期对检验数据统计分析，输出日报，并推动持续改善 职位要求

  • 本科及以上学历，理工科优先；
  • 具备3年及以上品质管理工作经验；
  • 了解Cell、Pack产品结构、性能，熟悉Cell、Pack制造工艺及相关质量控制点；熟练使用QC质量工具等；
  • 熟练使用办公软件，有良好的数据综合分析能力，普通话标准，表达逻辑清晰具备较强的抗压能力、较好的沟通协调能力，执行力强
