Key Responsibilities

Own process and equipment design. Lead procurement and supplier technical evaluation. Support installation, FAT/SAT and commissioning. Execute IQ/OQ activities. Troubleshoot process issues during startup. Success Measures Equipment delivered on time. Successful IQ/OQ completion. Process performance achieved. Effective startup support.

• 10+ years FMCG or related manufacturing experience 3-5+ years in the process engineer or relevant role. 職務目的（ Purpose ） 本ポジションは、大規模FMCGブラウンフィールド製造プロジェクトにおいて、プロセスエンジニアとして求められる成果を実現し、生産設備および製造プロセスの設計・導入・立上げをリードすることを目的とします。 主な職務内容（ Key Responsibilities ） . 製造プロセスおよび設備の設計責任を担う . 調達活動を主導し、サプライヤーの技術評価を実施する . 設備据付、FAT（Factory Acceptance Test）、SAT（Site Acceptance Test）および試運転・立上げを支援する .

IQ（Installation Qualification）およびOQ（Operational Qualification）を計画・実行する 立上げ期間中に発生するプロセス上の課題を分析し、解決を推進する 成功指標（ Success Measures ） . 設備が計画通りのスケジュールで納入されること .
