Risk Management Officer

Job description

• Conduct independent risk assessment and design risk management framework for new products
• Assist in drafting risk management procedures.
• Evaluate and monitor the liquidity risk, concentration risk, and market risk of the portfolio, and prepare various reports to the senior management.
• Perform ad hoc projects or any other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officers.
• Degree holder with a major in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related disciplines, preferably with CFA / FRM qualifications
• At least 2 years relevant risk management experience in a securities firm, financial institution, investment banking, or commercial banking
• In-depth knowledge of rules and guidelines of related regulatory entities
• Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Good team player with strong communication skills and able to work independently
• Better to have good math/programming skills.
