Digital Product Officer / Business Analyst, Claims - Junior to Intermediate

Job description

• Perform business process analysis to recommend areas of workflow and productivity improvement by driving enhancements on IT systems
• Coordinate, gather and analyze internal claims staff’s feedbacks on IT systems to identify areas of system improvement, especially for time efficiency and user experience
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. Prepare professional technical documentation (including requirement, functional and technical specifications, and test cases/ matrix).
• Define and propose solutions for problems and examine the feasibility of the solutions
• Maintain project documentation
• Prepare test plans, conduct quality assurance test, coordinate UAT (including tracking and fixing) and provide end user training
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of financial institution or insurance industry will be an asset
• Experience in project management, data analysis and business intelligence is a definite advantage
• Good communication, analytical, project management skills, and able to work independently
• Strong sense of responsibility & accountability, and willing to learn
• Self-motivated with strong sense of accountability
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
