岗位职责
- 负责前厅客户关系维护与服务体验提升
- 主动对接宾客需求，处理客诉与特殊服务
提升宾客满意度、忠诚度及酒店口碑 任职要求
- 1、2027届本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业； 2、了解酒店行业及运营特点；具备良好的沟通表达与应变能力 3、亲和力强，服务意识突出，耐心细致，抗压能力强；
- 英语四级以上水平；
- 熟练掌握WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等办公软件。
