- Multiple first-author papers at top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR); impactful open-source contributions
- End-to-end mastery of large model techniques — pre-training, fine-tuning, RLHF — able to independently architect and innovate model designs
- Strong technical vision and leadership — able to translate frontier research into business value"
