About the Role 岗位介绍 This is an entry-level position for bright and ambitious graduates who want to build a career in international business development. You will not be assigned to a single narrow function — instead, you will support our Business Development Directors across live international projects, learning how cross-border partnerships, licensing agreements, and investment deals actually get done.

Think of it as an apprenticeship in deal-making

you will sit in on real negotiations, prepare the materials that drive real decisions, and be coached directly by senior directors. Support BD Directors across live projects

• research markets, competitors and potential partners; gather and structure data that feeds into deal decisions.

• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, meeting minutes, and bilingual documents for internal reviews and external partner meetings. 准备汇报材料、演示文稿、会议纪要及中英双语文件，用于内部评审与对外合作方会议。
• Attend partner meetings and negotiations alongside BD Directors — observing first, contributing as you grow. 随总监出席合作方会议与谈判——先观摩学习，随成长逐步参与。
• Coordinate across internal teams (Legal, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing) to keep project workstreams moving. 协调内部团队（法务、财务、研发、制造等），保障项目工作流推进。

• Bachelor's degree or above (any discipline); fresh graduates or up to two years of experience. 本科及以上学历（专业不限）；应届毕业生或不超过两年工作经验。
• Business-level English is mandatory (written and spoken) — you will use it daily with international partners. 必须具备商务级英语能力（书面与口语）——你将每天以此与国际合作方沟通。

专业要求

• 工商管理、国际贸易、市场营销、英语等相关专业。

证书要求

• 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。
