Job description

• 通过传统草图及2D、3D技术进行设计，创造新颖独特的设计想法与概念；
• 广泛的趋势研究，以预测长期的未来趋势和客户需求，为汽车研究和量产车开发提供创新的设计方向；
• 向领导提出、沟通设计想法，展示设计的勇气和挑战期望
• Design through traditional sketches and 2D and 3D skills to create fresh and unique design ideas and concepts;
• Extensive trend research to predict long-term future trends and customer needs, and provide innovative design directions for automotive research and production vehicle development;
• Present and communicate design ideas to leaders, demonstrate design courage and challenge expectations.

学历

• 交通工具设计等相关专业，本科以上学历；

经验

• 1-3年整车厂或设计公司工作经验，有展车和概念车及前瞻设计经验

专业能力

• 具有出众的审美和个人品位，敏锐的造型趋势捕捉和分析能力； 优秀的设计创新能力，出色的草图、效果图表现能力， 优秀的模型把控能力，能熟练指导模型（数字模型和油泥、硬质模型）制作； 熟练使用Photoshop 、Alias、Blender、VR等专业软件； 语言沟通：良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力，良好的英文表达和交流能力。

Educational background

• Transportation design and other related majors, bachelor degree or above;

Experience

• 3-8 years of working experience in a OEM or design company, experience in showcar, concept cars and advanced design, able to independently responsible for projects

Professional ability

• Have outstanding aesthetic and personal taste, keen ability to capture and analyze styling trends, and guide the design direction; Excellent design innovation ability, excellent sketch and rendering ability, Excellent model control ability, able to skillfully guide the production of models (digital models, clay and hard models); Proficient in using professional software such as Photoshop, Alias, Blender, and VR; Language communication: good communication, coordination and teamwork skills, good English expression and communication skills.
