- 负责充电系统测试规范、测试用例编写工作；
- 负责充放电兼容性测试；
- 负责充电系统体验评价工作；
- 负责充电兼容性和充电体验规范制定，体系建设，技术评审等。
- 全日制本科及以上学历，机械设计、自动化、电气自动化、机电等相关专业；
- 八年以上电池、充电机系统开发经验
- 熟悉充电系统技术发展趋势；
- 熟悉充电系统开发、系统规范及流程、测试方法；
- 良好的组织协调能力及团队合作意识，敢于担当、抗压能力强，具备较高的职业道德素养；
- 熟悉BMS、OBC开发流程优先
