Senior Trader – Environmental Commodities

Within our Origination & Trading desk, we are now looking for a Senior Environmental Commodities Trader who will further develop our environmental commodities portfolio and contribute to additional profit generation.

Job description As a Senior Environmental Commodities Trader, you will be responsible for: Analyzing new opportunities across European environmental products (market statistics, legislation reviews, possible specialization in a specific European region outside the Czech Republic) Trading environmental commodities with a focus on profit maximization Cooperating with other CEZ Group departments when establishing new products Building and managing a profitable environmental commodities portfolio (EAC/GOO, biomethane, emission reductions, biofuels, CBAM, etc.) What we expect

• Proven experience in trading environmental commodities A clear vision of how to contribute to additional profit
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of another European language is highly appreciated (Czech is not required) Profit‑oriented mindset
