As part of its strategic growth agenda, Elevion is accelerating the development of its Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Renewable Energy business, focusing on Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Energy-as-a-Service and integrated decarbonization solutions for industrial and commercial customers.

About the role

As Manager of Commercial & Industrial Solar & Battery Energy Storage Systems , you will work closely with local management teams to define and deliver the regional growth strategy, build a strong project pipeline and partnerships, and drive profitable growth in C&I solar, battery storage and integrated energy solutions. The role covers business development, market expansion, P&L accountability and coordination across Elevion companies and countries.

You will report to the Head of the Green Energy Segment, subject to the final organisational structure. What will you be responsible for? Develop and execute the regional C&I Solar PV and BESS growth strategy, including country plans, priority segments and key accounts. Deliver revenue, EBITDA, cash generation, order intake and pipeline targets. Build relationships with industrial and commercial customers, including multinational clients seeking cross-border solutions.

Expand our portfolio across solar PV, behind-the-meter BESS, Energy-as-a-Service, corporate PPAs, flexibility services, EV charging and energy management. Coordinate local companies and Group resources, standardise commercial processes and monitor regulation, incentives, competitors and technologies. Support local management and business teams and represent Elevion at relevant industry events. What do we expect from you?

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, energy management, economics, business administration or a related field. At least 10 years of renewable energy experience, including 5 years in C&I business. A proven track record in Solar PV and/or BESS and experience managing sales business across multiple countries. Strong knowledge of C&I customer needs and energy economics. Fluent English; German is strongly preferred.

Italian and/or Dutch is an advantage. An entrepreneurial mindset, commercial judgement and strong stakeholder management skills. What can you look forward to?
