• Support company strategy and culture promotion program from concept design, preparation, promotion to event organization.
• Support facility communications for publication, including newsletters, WeChat, video, SharePoint, TV, etc.
• Support employee events and meetings preparation and other communication related tasks
• Support HR document administration, including document stamping, internal distribution, and proper filing and archiving.
• Support the coordination and execution of various activities and provide additional support as needed.

Required Qualifications

- 2027/2028 graduate with Bachelor’s degree or above

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
• Sense of responsibility, strong execution, proactive and detail oriented, able to work on important and repetitive tasks with patience and accuracy.
• Good at Chinese and English writing
• Be able to able do video shooting and editing
