Role Definition

As Digital Support continues to grow our portfolio of applications that we support, this position will be primarily focused on the onboarding process. This will include working with all of the appropriate groups to transition the services to Digital Product Support, managing the complete life cycle of each project from inception until complete transition to the team.

What you will do

• Develop support documentation, training materials, FAQs, and standard work for new applications
• Work with all teams across Digital Product
• Support to ensure that all onboarding checklist tasks are completed on schedule
• Share knowledge across support teams.
• Help improve support processes and operational efficiency
• Work closely with: Business process owners Product owners IT teams Business
• Partners End users
• Drive complex issues to resolution and support operational excellence
• Perform ad hoc functions and work on new projects that may develop on the team as our scope broadens across new applications and expanded responsibilities
• Assist with monthly quality checks on tickets worked as part of the Quality Program
• Serve as backup and SME for certain escalations during the Chennai day hours
• Assist with application audits for the team including regular and semi-regular audit Additional information:
• This role is based in Chennai, India.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Knowledge of software reliability management; ability to develop and use principles, methodologies and metrics that increase software product performance and reliability.

Performance Measurement and Tuning

Knowledge of system performance, testing and programming; ability to monitor, measure, and optimize system performance and network communication.

Technical Troubleshooting

Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation. Relocation is available for this position.
