General InformationRole (Picklist):Process Lead, Supply Planning BSv Role: BSv_P2DandSRM Planning Process LeadBSv Grade:B1 General Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Experience in Supply Planning and Vendor Collaboration. Experience in FMCG Sector preferred.Experience in leading multiple teams of Supply Planning experts.Experience in handling customer communication and acted as single point of contact for issue resoutionsHands on experience of working on planning tools like APO and ERP execution tools like ECC.Masters planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization etcDeep expertize understanding of analyzing planning result output and scenario planning.Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality.Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification)

OptionalBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (IIT, IT-BHU, REC, DCE, BITS & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges preferred)MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)
