OverviewRole Overview

Respond to order inquiries. Create, validate, modify, and cancel orders. Identify exceptions and provide resolution to issues. Create delivery and shipment documents and support load building integration. Process returns.As a member of the team, participate in meeting service levels, key performance metrics, and deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service. Proactively ensure the delivery of a customer-focused service to clients.Proficient knowledge of one or more processes.Hands-on experience working with an ERP tool (preferably SAP U2K2).Hard-working and confident.High level of integrity.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels.Passionate about creating value and impact for clients.Team-oriented and collaborative approach.

• Archive and retrieve documents.Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
