Job DescriptionSeeking a senior leader across the Power & Utilities industry and consulting, combining deep expertise in Grid Operations, OT, Network Planning, AEMS/ADMS, Grid Modernization, and Energy Transition with the ability to shape market-leading consulting and technology-led transformation programs. The individual will co-lead the global Networks business, drive growth, develop innovative offerings, and position AI as a core enabler of the future grid.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Networks & Grid Modernization business, driving growth, strategic pursuits, and executive client relationships.Advise utility CXOs on grid modernization, transmission & distribution transformation, network investment planning, capital projects, resilience, and energy transition.

Grid Modernization & Digital GridAEMS, ADMS, DERMS, EMS/DMSSCADA & Control Centre TransformationOT Modernization and IT/OT ConvergenceSmart Grids, Grid Edge and Distributed Energy IntegrationDrive consulting-led engagements in network planning, asset management, regulatory performance, and operational excellence.Develop alliances and ecosystem relationships with utilities, OEMs, hyperscalers, and technology partners.Build global capability, mentor teams, and create differentiated assets, accelerators, and offerings.Lead the application of
