Your roleThis role will be responsible for advanced technology enabled data-driven solutions, combining business analytics, data mining, data visualization and best practices to enable customer meaningful, actionable information.

This competence profile plays an important role in the digital enterprise transformation programs led by Capgemini.Your tasksLead collaboration with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to define business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsFacilitate and drive requirement gathering and project scoping workshops with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesAct as a trusted advisor by identifying process improvement opportunities and positioning

Capgemini solutions to drive business valueEnsure high-quality documentation standards, including business requirements, functional designs, and solution architecture.Take ownership of project delivery, managing risks, budgets, timelines, and quality across multiple workstreamsDrive end-to-end process optimization initiatives, ensuring measurable customer and business valueMentor junior team members and contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing within the teamYour profile10+ years of experience in business analytics, data consulting, or business analysis roles, ideally in consulting environmentsSolid background in ERP, finance, and accounting systems, as well as workflow and reporting solutionsAbility to gather requirements, map processes, support solution design, and coordinate delivery activitiesProven ability to lead workshops and engage senior stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable solutionsExcellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving and critical thinking capabilitiesStrong capability to manage full project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, budget, risks, and governanceVery good in English; additional language skills an advantage.
