Lead, GBS - Finance Transformation

Job description

Manage and coordinate the company's financial function, including general accounting, cost management, budgeting, and payroll, in accordance with corporate policies and procedures to meet the company's business requirements.

• Ensure AI Finance deliverables are scalable, controlled, and aligned with enterprise data, governance, and operational expectations
• Build strong relationships across Global Finance, GCC, technology teams, and business partners to resolve issues, align dependencies, and accelerate delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; 10+ years of experience in FP&A with relevant exposure to Finance Transformation and Technology projects; Proven experience of overseeing large analytics teams and developing people leaders and analysts; Good knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms and modern self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, LLM); Solid practical ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.); Professional finance designation (FPCA, CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in Finance would be an asset; Relevant background developed in CPG industry; Finance and FP&A expertise Leadership of complex teams Cross-functional stakeholder management Execution within a global operating model Finance transformation leadership AI, automation, and digital enablement acumen Strategic prioritization and problem-solving Communication, influence, and talent development
