The Lead identifies, establishes, and manages strategic partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and other organizations to expand the GenAI platform's capabilities. They also represent the organization in the AI landscape, staying updated on the latest advancements and shaping the future of AI within the industry.Essential skills and competenciesHaving total experience of more than 12 years in IT industry.Candidates for this role should possess deep expertise in Generative AI, foundational models like LLMs, and frameworks such as LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are crucial, as is a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data processing.The Director should have proven experience in designing scalable and secure Generative AI solutions and a solid understanding of MLOps principles and ethical AI frameworks.Key soft skills include exceptional leadership and team management abilities, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the region.

Experience with multi-modal AI models, prompt engineering, or integrating agentic AI in the software development process is a plus. Candidates should have a proven track record of successful change management, stakeholder engagement, and implementing large-scale strategic programs across diverse geographies.Experience and exposure across tools in the data domain for ETL, Reporting, Data Governance, Data Transformation, Data Security as well as hands-on experience working on Databases, Data Warehouses and Data lakes
