Your roleYou will help organizations strengthen the security of their Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments.

As an OT Security Consultant, you will assess industrial infrastructures, design secure architectures, and support the implementation of security solutions that protect critical operations. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to balance cybersecurity requirements with operational continuity, contributing to complex transformation and security improvement initiatives across industrial environments.Your tasksAssess OT and ICS environments and identify security risks, gaps, and improvement opportunitiesConduct OT security maturity assessments and define security roadmapsDesign and implement secure OT security architectures aligned with industry standards and best practicesSupport the deployment and optimization of OT monitoring and threat detection solutionsAdvise on secure integration between OT and IT environmentsDesign and implement secure remote access solutions for industrial systemsSupport network segmentation initiatives and the adoption of

Zero Trust principles in OT environmentsCollaborate with security operations teams on threat detection, incident analysis, and response activitiesProvide technical consulting and guidance throughout complex industrial cybersecurity programsYour profileExperience in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), or industrial cybersecurity environmentsStrong understanding of OT ecosystems, industrial networks, and OT/IT integrationHands-on experience with networking technologies across enterprise and industrial environmentsKnowledge of secure remote access solutions and infrastructure within OT landscapesExperience with OT security monitoring platforms such as

Claroty, Nozomi, or similar solutionsSolid background in infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, storage, servers, and system administrationExperience in incident response, threat detection, and security monitoring activitiesConsulting mindset with the ability to translate business and operational requirements into effective security solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProfessional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CCNA, or equivalent security certifications will be an advantageNeed to knowThis role involves working with critical industrial and operational environments where security and business continuity are equally important.You may support international clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.Depending on project requirements, occasional travel may be required.
