You will coordinate shipments across air, sea, and road transport, while overseeing export documentation and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.Your tasksCommunicate with international B2B customers (email/phone)Receive, verify, and enter orders into the ERP systemConfirm availability and delivery dates with DRPMonitor order status and manage changesCoordinate shipments to international marketsOrganize air, sea, and road transportPrepare export and customs documentation and collaborate with stakeholdersYour profileAt least 2 years of experience in logistics, export, B2B order management or customer serviceKnowledge of international transport (sea/air/road)Familiarity with SAP systemStrong organizational and attention-to-detail skillsProblem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressureTeam-oriented with a customer-focused approachWhat
