Job description

Reporting to the AML Compliance Manager - you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations and for reporting and filing required federal and state gaming forms.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and utilizes a compliance program to ensure the Company is complying with internal procedures and published regulatory requirements
• Ensures timely retrieval, review, completion, and filing for all regulatory related forms and reports, specifically related to Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act The issue, track, and follow up on all Compliance exception reports
• Maintains a working knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal gaming and anti-money laundering regulations Comply with departmental document retention policies and procedures
• Support the Company’s policies and procedures; make appropriate recommendations
• Serves as a resource for Operations in addressing compliance issues
• Conduct due-diligence investigations and suspicious activity analysis
• Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for compliance issues Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older At least 2 – 3 years of experience working in an auditing role, in the casino industry or another industry heavily regulated (e.g., depository institutions, investment institutions, the health care industry, etc.) Preferred experience in Gaming
• Audit and Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act
• Knowledge of gaming regulations is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Detail oriented; high integrity; and quality driven Aptitude for problem-solving Nevada gaming license
