Job description

This position ensures a safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming environment while assisting guests and maintaining pool facilities.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Safety and Supervision: Monitor the pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist swimmers in danger when necessary.

Pool Maintenance

Clean the pool, deck, furniture, and accessories; test and balance water chemicals; perform routine inspections.

Guest Assistance

Welcome guests, provide towels, shade, refreshments, and respond to inquiries or requests.

Setup and Organization

Arrange loungers, umbrellas, and other poolside furniture; ensure the area is neat and organized.

R eporting

Notify supervisors of hazards, damages, or incidents; maintain records of pool maintenance and guest activity.
