Job description

Responsibilities

Daily communication and coordination with customers Managing and analyzing customer orders, preparing order confirmations Recording customer forecasts and reviewing them on a monthly basis Organizing shipments and tracking outbound products Supporting invoicing activities Operating SAP logistics processes (sales) and proposing improvements Tracking returnable packaging materials Handling logistics complaints, preparing 8D reports Verifying freight invoices Maintaining customer and item master data Coordinating the implementation of Customer EDI Requirements At least a relevant higher education degree Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of logistics processes Basic understanding of production processes Negotiation-level English language skills Automotive industry experience is an advantage
