Pueblo Viejo – Construction Project Professionals – Expression of Interest Barrick is seeking experienced professionals interested in joining our Projects Team at Pueblo Viejo, Dominican Republic. We are looking for talented individuals with proven experience in mining, heavy civil construction, earthworks and large capital projects who are passionate about delivering safe, high-quality and sustainable project outcomes.

These roles play a key part in the successful planning, execution and delivery of strategic capital projects that support the long-term growth of our operations. Open Opportunities We are currently accepting Expressions of Interest for the following positions: NTSF Construction Manager Project Manager Project Engineer Project Scheduler Contracts Superintendent Construction Supervisor Contract Administrator Key Areas of Experience We are looking for professionals with experience in one or more of the following: Earthworks & Mass Excavation Mining Construction Civil Infrastructure Projects Heavy Industrial Construction Project Planning & Scheduling Project Controls (Cost & Schedule) Contract Administration & Management Construction Management Commissioning & Project Delivery Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance Multidisciplinary Project Execution

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates may be responsible for: Planning, coordinating and executing major capital projects safely and efficiently. Managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring project scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives. Supporting project planning, scheduling and reporting activities. Administering construction contracts and ensuring contractual compliance. Identifying and managing project risks while implementing mitigation strategies.

Promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Ensuring compliance with Barrick's Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability standards. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred). Experience in mining, heavy civil construction or large industrial projects. Knowledge of project management principles and construction best practices. Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar planning software is an asset. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

English proficiency is considered an advantage for several roles.
