BAE Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to support our Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Futures Division, specifically within the Test Capabilities Branch. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of strategic deterrence by supporting test capabilities integration supporting the Sentinel ICBM and for next-generation technologies and capabilities within the ICBM Systems Directorate.

This Program Manager will be an integral part of a highly skilled team providing programmatic support for future ICBM development efforts. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of flight and ground test capability programs. The candidate will operate in an organizational culture that develops and challenges employees to achieve high performance in a fast-paced, high-morale workplace using streamlined management policies and procedures.

It is a challenging and rewarding position with growth opportunity, backed by, and integrated with the broad technology-related capabilities of BAE Systems, Inc. as one of the top 10 DoD contractors. You will provide contributions that will shape the development and deployment of the US Air Force’s next generation ICBM and support similar efforts to integrate aerospace systems engineering, integration, and test capabilities with US Space Force, US Navy, and others within BAE Systems’ broad DoD customer base.

Why BAE Systems? BAE Systems is the third largest defense contractor in the world with an exceptional, mission-focused culture. The BAE Systems employees and sub-contractors located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah are predominantly aligned to the ICBM Systems Directorate, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. We support the directorate in sustaining the existing LGM-30 Minuteman III (MM III) weapon system and acquiring its replacement, the Sentinel ICBM.

We are a uniquely valued mission partner delivering daily technical excellence and innovative solutions to the Government. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team within a large defense company with an extraordinary, positive culture and mission focus. In this position, you will provide direct support to a national security-critical weapon system through engineering development, deployment, and sustainment activities.

You will help shape the quality and performance of engineering and technical products from several hundred personnel supporting the Government, and you will help educate and equip the Government to acquire, operate, and maintain an entire weapon system-of-systems. You will become a trusted mission partner to innovative, digital engineering-driven Air and Space Force organizations that are responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and sustaining the world’s safest, most secure, and effective land-based nuclear deterrent and other national security capabilities.
