BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale facility modernization and expansion projects at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant. As a Program Manager, you will deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while leading a cross-functional team and communicating effectively with executive leadership and government customers. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale (> $100M) complex Capital Investment projects, ensuring timely, budgeted, and quality delivery.

Profit and Loss Management

Manage project finances, ensuring budget adherence and financial target achievement.

Communication and Reporting

Provide regular updates to executive leadership and government customers on project status, progress, and issues.

Sub-contractor and Supplier Management

Oversee sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met.

Project Planning and Control

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

Risk Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Necessary Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience in Defense, Construction, or Oil/Gas/Chemical industries.

Communication Skills

Effective verbal and written communication with upper management and customers.

Technical Writing

Proficient in technical writing, such as proposal and statement of work development.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Desired Experience and Skills: Masters Degree: Preferred in a related field.

Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III Program Management certification preferred.

Earned Value Management

Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or similar tools preferred.

Scheduling Tools

Experience with integrated master schedules using MS Project, Primavera, etc. preferred.

Leadership Experience

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range

$108787 - $184937 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
