You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you’ll do Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening

• Review in detail ABG’s various add on’s and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively

What We’re Looking For

A full and valid Australian driver’s licence Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays) Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
