Job description

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

Analyze daily operational data to identify process bottlenecks and efficiency gaps. Develop data-driven recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflow.

Machinery Data Management

Establish systematic methods for collecting, cleaning, and monitoring data from production machinery to ensure accurate performance tracking and historical record-keeping.

Automation Projects

Assist the engineering and project management teams in developing automated reports and interactive dashboards to streamline manual data entry and provide real-time operational visibility.

Operational Gap Support

Collaborate with production and engineering leads to bridge gaps in daily operations by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking KPIs, and supporting equipment troubleshooting efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Project Management and Engineering teams to translate complex technical data into actionable insights, ensuring clear communication across departments.

Qualifications

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau or Power BI). Familiarity with automation concepts and dashboard development.

Analytical & Problem-Solving

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify process bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
