Job description

Process Optimization

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Data Analysis & Troubleshooting

• Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends, troubleshoot operational issues, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Compliance & Safety

• Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support, training, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to production teams.

Risk & Cost Assessment

• Perform risk assessments, process simulations, and cost estimations for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in process engineering or a manufacturing environment.

Professional Skills

Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Core Competencies

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; familiarity with Six Sigma or lean manufacturing principles is a plus
