Job description

Imagine shaping how over 400,000 salespeople across 103 countries learn, connect, and share the Apple experience with customers every single day. Worldwide Channel Sales Programs (CSP) drives in-store sales across more than 50,000 points of sale worldwide. Together with our channel partners, we build an unmatched retail experience through store design, merchandising, demo technology, staffing, and the daily content that empowers every seller on the floor.

We are looking for a Head of Content Strategy for Sales Coach, Apple's mobile engagement and learning platform for partner salespeople. Part content strategist, part creative leader, and part product owner, this role lives at the intersection of learning, culture, and mobile platform engagement.

Your primary mission is driving active engagement

inspiring new sellers to open Sales Coach for the first time, and creating an experience so compelling that active users keep coming back. If you know how to build a modern content engine that feels like a feed people choose to watch rather than training they are assigned to complete, we want to talk to you.
