Annaly is seeking a Non-QM Mortgage Underwriter Vice President with significant Non-QM experience to join the Residential Credit team in Dallas, TX (or Remote). This candidate will focus on our Non-Delegated mortgage channel, managing our vendors and communicating with our vast network of sellers. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant credit experience in Non-QM underwriting and/or scenario desk experience. In addition, they should have the ability to make credit decisions/help assist the Onslow Bay contract underwriters, closely interact with our correspondent partners and monitor market underwriting guidelines.
