• This is Disability Hiring position. It will be required to provide the Certification for Person with Disability at the interview process.
• This is a fixed-term contractor position. For International Card Services (ICS), supplier payments are one of the most important business growth strategies. SME Account Development plays a critical role in achieving this business strategy.

This position is responsible for administrative and support tasks related to SME Account Development.

Responsibilities

Administrative and support tasks for SME Account Development

Initial handling of inbound customer phone calls Data entry, management, and processing Preparation and management of documents Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (Excel skills such as experience with pivot tables and functions are preferred) Business-level typing speed

• Strong communication skills Accuracy in processing tasks while adhering to relevant laws and internal policies Team player
• Strong sense of responsibility to see tasks through to completion
• Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and operational rules
• Ability to analyze tasks, improve processes, and solve problems Native Level of Japanese language
