Key job responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support robust and stable solutions across Amazon's mobile shopping apps

- Profile and optimize app startup, latency, and runtime performance across critical customer code paths

- Build the systems and tooling that automatically catch performance regressions before they reach millions of mobile Shoppers

- Develop systems that support AI-assisted mobile development at scale, exploring approaches like automated anomaly detection and root-cause diagnosis

- Partner with dozens of teams across Amazon to improve performance-critical code paths and remove bottlenecks

- Help raise the bar for mobile development as we change the way we develop mobile apps

We measure how the apps perform, optimize the paths that matter most, and build the tooling that keeps performance from regressing as hundreds of teams ship new features.
