Job description

The Customer Fulfillment (CF) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Space and Config team is looking for a committed Space Management Process & Systems Engineer (PSE) with a strong record of achieving results to own and drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational excellence across First Mile operations. This role will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost within the Brazil network.

Key job responsibilities

- Own end-to-end process improvement initiatives across Space Management, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology and data-driven analysis.

- Establish and maintain benchmarking standards, setting network-level rates and driving process sustainability and standardization across multiple sites.

- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Technology teams to identify network-level opportunities, eliminate process variation, and deploy scalable solutions.

- Drive stakeholder development by building continuous improvement culture, developing SMEs, and coaching site leadership on CI tools and methodologies.

- Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance gaps, develop actionable insights, and implement corrective actions.

- Create and maintain standard work documentation, SOPs, and best practices for Space.

- Influence senior leadership through data-driven recommendations and program updates.
