Key job responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical consultant for publisher customers, understanding their business objectives and recommending tailored advertising solutions

Collaborate with publishers, monetization specialists, and internal product and engineering teams to design and implement technical strategies

Diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers, providing clear explanations and sustainable solutions

Gather and synthesize customer feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities, communicating these insights to our development teams

Develop actionable recommendations that help customers optimize their advertising performance and revenue

A day in the life

As an Ads Solutions Architect, you'll spend your time deeply understanding publisher challenges and translating those insights into technical solutions. One moment you're reviewing a publisher's monetization performance, the next you're collaborating with our engineering team to design a custom implementation strategy. You could be troubleshooting a technical integration issue while simultaneously documenting a new feature request that will inform our product roadmap.

You'll move fluidly between strategic planning sessions with publishers and hands-on technical problem-solving with our internal teams, ensuring that both sides understand each other's needs and constraints.
