Product Manager, Google Health Guardian

Job description

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows. Experience in product management, with a focus on building consumer app platforms.

Preferred qualifications

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant technical or health field. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with strong technical, analytical, and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance resources across teams, while ensuring milestones are met on time and with high quality. Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and drive alignment across various stakeholders (Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and Raters).

Demonstrated success in solving ambiguous problems, challenging the status quo, and creating innovative, successful consumer-facing products. About the job At Google, we put our users first. As a Product Manager, you will be pivotal in scaling Health Guardian , our longitudinal and proactive health solution, by bridging cutting-edge physiological AI research with high-reliability health data pipelines, clinical validation workflows, and launch-ready consumer health features .
