Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function. Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting. Experience with programming (i.e. SQL).

Preferred qualifications

Experience in spreadsheet modeling, enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP BPC, Analysis for Office), and big data organization, specifically using SQL and BigQuery. Experience executing or advising on SOX internal controls, data completeness and accuracy validations, and audit readiness across forecasting and planning cycles. Understanding of consolidated P&L dynamics, variance analysis, and corporate budgeting and reserve management.

Ability to manage relationships and coordinate operational timelines across Product Area Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, and Finance Technology teams.
