Job description

info_outline About the job The Global Product Solutions (GPS) team serves as the strategic link between Google's Product and Engineering teams and our Global Business Organization (GBO). As a Global Product Lead for Search Ads 360 (SA360) Performance and Platform Strategy, you will manage the end-to-end go-to-market commercialization and market-to-product feedback loops for SA360's enterprise bidding, budget optimization, and cross-channel performance solutions.

Search Ads 360 is the premier enterprise platform for performance and productivity across lower funnel inventory. In this role, you will drive global adoption of SA360's flagship Enterprise Bidding solutions (including Multi-Target Portfolios, Adaptive Budgets, cross-engine and cross-channel auction-time bidding, and experimentation) across Large Customer Sales (LCS), Global Customer Solutions (GCS MMS), and Agency and Partner teams.

Beyond performance bidding, you will own key horizontal platform workstreams for SA360: managing the annual Product Prioritization (RPP) cycle, partnering with Finance and gTech to track platform business health and mitigate customer churn, developing quantifiable product value claims, and delivering compelling product narratives for premier customer and agency forums across Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
