As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Trust and Safety (T&S) is Google’s team of exceptional user trust experts who think big and aim high to earn every user’s trust. T&S cultivates thought leadership, domain expertise, and a cross-product perspective to help Google stay ahead of abuse and deliver trusted and safe experiences to all users.

The Responsible AI pillar within Trust and Safety focuses on driving One Google solutions for industry-leading responsible AI models and applications. It is a global team with Responsible AI domain expertise and backgrounds in operations, strategy, ethics, risk management, and program management. At Google we work hard to earn our users’ trust every day. Trust & Safety is Google’s team of abuse fighting and user trust experts working daily to make the internet a safer place.

We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
