The Control Tower Program Manager is a high-visibility, strategic leadership role responsible for establishing, operating, and optimizing the centralized digital control tower. This role serves as the enterprise's single source of truth, utilizing real-time data orchestration, predictive analytics, and cross-functional partnerships to monitor global supply chain health.

By overseeing end-to-end material flows, Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) execution, and critical transit nodes, the control tower program manager proactively mitigates disruptions, optimizes logistics spend, and guarantees flawless order fulfillment.
